NEW RESERVATION RATES
AND POLICIES TO FOLLOW WHEN NEW EXTENDED STAY SITE IS
LIVE
Reservations:
- Deposits: One or two night stays at
this
Berkshires bed and
breakfast require a deposit
for one night. A stay of three nights or more requires
a deposit of 50% or a credit card number.

- Minimum Stay: We require a two-night minimum stay on
weekends from June through October and on holiday
weekends. Some weekends may carry a three-night
minimum.

Spencertown Country House Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel no less than 14 days before your
scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a
$20 cancellation fee. We can also hold your full
deposit toward a future stay.

- If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled
arrival, you are responsible for the greater of one
night's stay or 50% of the total stay if the room is
not rebooked.
- Off-season and mid-week packages are available.

For your information:
- Check in time is after 2:00 PM.
- Check out time is by 11:00 AM.
- The premises are smoke-free.
- Children under 12 are welcome in specific rooms.
- Sorry, no pets permitted.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
